Automatic destacking and palletizing system21-08-2010We have constructed an automatic destacking and stacking system for the eegindustry. The system handles 200 single units/hour (40 pallets and 160 dividers). The system consists of a destacking unit, which is placed in front of an exiting washing machine, and a stacking unit which is placed after the waching machine. In the destacking unit, a 1 stack of pallets can be placed manually on the right, and 1 stack of dividers can be placed on the left, niether of the them can be higher than 2,4 meters. A portal robot places pallets and dividers on the existing washingmachine. After the washing machine, the stacker stacker creates stacks of 4 pallets and 16 dividers. System consists of:
